This policy explains what happens to information when you use seoexpertsdenver.com, a site operated by Eye To Ad Media of Denver, Colorado. The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, use it to answer you, and do not sell it.

When you send a form
The contact forms ask for your name and phone number, and optionally your email, website, the topic and a message. The form also records which page you sent it from and, if you used the diagnosis tool and chose to send the result, a one-line summary of that result.
When you use the diagnosis tool
The SEO problem diagnosis runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored or transmitted. Only if you click to send the result to an expert is a short summary placed in the contact form, and nothing is sent until you submit that form yourself.
When you simply browse
Like any website, the server that hosts this site processes standard request information, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver pages. We do not run advertising pixels or behavioral advertising on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and talk with you about your request.
- To prepare the review, quote or advice you asked for.
- To keep a record of business communications.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Services involved
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form messages to our email. Its own privacy terms apply to that delivery.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests them from Google, which may log those requests under Google's privacy policy.
- GitHub Pages hosts the site files and processes standard request data to serve them.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services listed above may set strictly functional cookies of their own.
How long we keep it
Form messages stay in our email for as long as needed to handle your request and keep normal business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Use the contact page or call 1-800-481-8638.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and forms are submitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials through the form; we will ask for account access separately and safely when it is needed.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
